Terms of Service - Zero Carbon One Website

These Terms govern your use of https://zerocarbon.one, including its pages, blogs, articles, images, videos, resources, downloadable materials and public enquiry forms (“Website”).

The Website is operated by Zero Decarbon One Private Limited, E-25/A, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016, India (“Zero Carbon One”, “ZCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Website.

1. Public website and enterprise services

The Website provides information about ZCO and allows business visitors to contact us, request demonstrations and explore our offerings.

Using the Website or submitting an enquiry does not create an enterprise account, establish a customer contract or authorise the submission of confidential enterprise operational data.

Enterprise access requires approval by a ZCO administrator and a separate signed customer agreement and NDA. Enterprise services, operational data, fees, service commitments, confidentiality and liability are governed by those signed documents. If those documents conflict with these Terms concerning an enterprise service, the signed documents take precedence.

2. Eligibility and authority

The Website is intended for business users aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the Website or submit information through its forms.

If you contact us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information submitted and engage with ZCO regarding that organisation’s enquiry.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that you have authority to disclose any information belonging to another person or organisation.

3. Permitted use of the Website

You may access and view the Website and download materials expressly made available for that purpose for lawful internal business evaluation of ZCO’s products and services.

This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable. It does not transfer ownership of Website content or grant rights in ZCO’s software, models, data or enterprise platform.

You may link to publicly accessible Website pages in a fair manner that does not misrepresent your relationship with ZCO or suggest our endorsement.

We may update, withdraw or restrict Website content or features, subject to applicable law.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, graphics, logos, designs, software, videos, downloadable resources and other materials are owned by ZCO or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Rights in third-party materials remain with those rights holders.

Except for the use permitted under section 3 or a use allowed by applicable law, you must obtain the relevant rights holder’s written permission before copying, publishing, modifying, distributing, selling or commercially exploiting Website materials.

Providing a credit or link to ZCO does not grant a licence.

To the extent permitted by law, you must not use Website content, images, downloadable resources or underlying code to train, fine-tune or evaluate an artificial intelligence model, create a competing content collection or systematically reproduce a substantial part of the Website without prior written permission.

5. Information submitted through public forms

Public contact and demonstration forms are intended for business enquiries. Submit information relevant to your request. Do not submit confidential enterprise records, sensitive personal information or another person’s information without appropriate authority.

Submitting a form does not create an NDA, a professional advisory relationship or a customer contract.

You retain ownership of materials you lawfully submit. You grant ZCO a limited, non-exclusive right to receive, store and use those materials to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a proposed business relationship, protect the Website and comply with applicable law.

Personal information supplied through public forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including enquiry follow-up and relevant ZCO communications. Promotional email preferences and opt-outs are addressed in that Policy.

A public form submission does not grant ZCO a perpetual right to publish your submitted materials.

We are not obliged to adopt unsolicited ideas or proposals. No confidentiality obligation arises from an unsolicited submission unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the Website, you must not:

  • Access or attempt to access another person’s account, private area or information without authorisation.
  • Interfere with security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code or disrupt Website operations.
  • Harvest contact details or personal information, send spam or impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, AI agents or other automated tools to collect, extract, aggregate, reproduce or republish Website content, harvest contact information or create third-party profiles from Website materials without ZCO’s prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such activity. You must not use information obtained from the Website to publish false or misleading profiles or imply ZCO’s endorsement or affiliation.
  • Submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing material or information you are not authorised to disclose.
  • Use the Website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Ordinary search engine indexing of public pages is permitted in accordance with our published crawling instructions.

We may block abusive traffic, remove submitted materials or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website or enforce these Terms.
